1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3jlp Casino website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

3jlp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 3jlp Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If 3jlp identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You will keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You will notify 3jlp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3jlp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 3jlp is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

3jlp Casino accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 3jlp account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3jlp reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

3jlp does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

3jlp is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. 3jlp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• 3jlp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days.

3jlp reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 3jlp will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3jlp Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 3jlp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

3jlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 3jlp's decision shall be final.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 3jlp Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 3jlp or any player.

• Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 3jlp will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round may be refunded at 3jlp's discretion.
• 3jlp reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jlp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to 3jlp and will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 3jlp staff or other players.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion order by registering a new account.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.

3jlp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3jlp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy

In the event of a dispute between you and 3jlp, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. 3jlp will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
